WHITE PIZZA DIP 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Serve with bread

• 1 envelope savory herb with garlic soup mix
• 1 (16oz.) sour cream
• 1c. ricotta cheese
• 1c. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4c. chopped pepperoni (about 1oz.)
• 1 loaf Italian or French bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a shallow 1 quart casserole combine soup, sour cream, ricotta, 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.  Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.  Bake uncovered 30 minutes.  Serve with bread.
